Milani Textured nail lacquer in Aqua Splash

Applied easily, but I really don't like the texture so I won't be buying the rest of the collection.
I found mine at Walgreen's for $3.99

    Looks pretty, but I think the texture would bother me too!

      It also chips very fast so that's another downside :(
